We'll take care of it while you wait
When you arrive, one of our trained experts will assess the damage to your Volvo and agree the conditions of your repair with you. If for any reason we're unable to complete your repair immediately we'll discuss alternative options with you to help you get back on the road as soon as possible.
Windscreen repairs depend on the size and location of the damage, and we will work to the guidelines determined by the Volvo Safety Standards. If your chip falls outside of the necessary requirements, you may need a windscreen replacement – which we can also organise for you.

While you wait we repair
Whenever possible, we'll endeavour for the repair work to commence as soon as possible after the initial assessment, while you wait. The time required for the repair will be confirmed and need to be agreed upon before the repair is started. The timeframe to commence and complete work is at our discretion. If the work cannot be carried out post the initial assessment, we'll discuss alternative options with you.
