Your role is key to maintaining high standards, maximising profitability, and delivering an excellent customer experience

You’ll do this by:

  • Managing the full used car stock process from vehicle arrival to retain readiness
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records, documentation, and DMS updates
  • Processing incoming vehicles and ensuring all paperwork, logbooks, and compliance documents are complete
  • Coordinating the reconditioning process with Service and monitoring recon costs to ensure timely turnaround
  • Tracking each vehicle’s progress from appraisal, preparation, photography, and pricing to retail readiness
  • Supporting pricing updates, stock checks, ageing reviews, and month-end stock reconciliation
  • Working with Marketing to ensure all online listings, images, and adverts are accurate and up to date
  • Collaborating with Sales, Accounts, and Service to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Complete mandatory training within required time frames
  • Maintaining positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

This list is not exhaustive

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in automotive administration, stock control or dealership operations
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and data-entry skills
  • Confident communicator who works well across multiple departments
  • Process-driven, proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced workload
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret stock and recon data
  • Tech-savvy with experience using dealership management systems
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a drive for accuracy and improvement
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
