Service Manager- Volvo Wakefield

Riverside has been and continues to go through a period of controlled growth, so we are now looking for an experienced Service Manager for our Volvo dealership in Wakefield, to take our service department to the next level.

As authorised Volvo, SEAT, CUPRA, Honda & Used Car dealers we have specialist Sales Executives, Aftersales Advisors, and Technicians to assist our customers with any query that they may have.

The Role – What you’ll be doing

You will lead and manage the Service team to ensure the effective delivery of our excellent aftersales services to our customers. We are looking for someone who thrives on meeting deadlines and takes pride in running a smooth operation.

You’ll be a natural problem solver who constantly seeks to improve the way we do things, by utilising your experience of the motor trade, and by motivating and engaging with the team.

You’ll do this with:

  • Your in-depth motor trade/aftersales experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A concern for standards
  • Being customer focused
  • Exceptional organisational and time-bound skills
  • Being positive and self-motivated

You must also hold a full UK driving licence.

Experience:

  • Service Advisor: 3 years (required)
