As Riverside Motor Group continues to grow, so do our opportunities. Riverside Motor Group is looking for an experienced Business Manager at our Volvo site in Doncaster.
Are you a driven and results-orientated Business Manager with a strong history of surpassing targets and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Group? This position combines a strong understanding of sales, finance, and customer service with exceptional leadership skills to manage the team and maximise profitability.
We offer full-time hours with a basic salary of up to £35,000, plus excellent bonus potential.

The Role – what will I be doing?
As Business Manager, you’ll play a vital role in maximising the dealership’s profitability, managing finance, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the sales team, finance department, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve financial targetrs.
You’ll do this by:
- Working with the sales team to structure vehicle deals, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations while meeting financial needs and budget constraints
- Preparing financial reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
- Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a sufficient and desirable selection of vehicles for customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to expedite deal closures and enhance customer satisfaction
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with the financial institutions, lenders and vendors to negotiate favourable terms and conditions
- Analysing financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance profitability
- Accurately record team logins, holidays and other absences on our Time Management System
- Ensure all mandatory and brand training is completed within specified time frames
- Establish and build positive relationships with all stakeholders
