We are now looking for a Vehicle Preparation Technician for our Prep Centre site in Wakefield. We offer full-time hours and a competitive rate of pay depending on experience.

The Role – What you’ll be doing

Your day-to-day role will be to carry out scheduled maintenance, servicing, and repairs on customer cars, as well as prepare vehicles for collection or sale. You’ll enjoy producing work to the highest of standards and thrive on diagnosing faults and advising on potential issues or repairs.

You’ll have the greatest respect for our customers by safeguarding their property against accidental damage or avoidable mess, and your attention to detail is exceptional as is your documenting and reporting skills.

You’ll do this by having:

  • Motor trade experience
  • A recognised qualification in vehicle maintenance or equivalent
  • A concern for standards especially H&S
  • Full and valid driving licence
  • Being flexible
