Product Specialist - Polestar - Sheffield

About the Role

Riverside Motor Group is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Polestar Retail Specialist to join our team at the Polestar Space in Meadowhall Shopping Centre.

As the face of the Polestar brand, you'll create an engaging and memorable experience for every customer, helping them discover our innovative range of electric vehicles. This is a consultative, customer experience role rather than a traditional sales position, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Whether you have experience in automotive, premium retail or hospitality, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in person, by phone and via email.
• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the Polestar brand and electric vehicles.
• Guide customers through the Polestar range and answer product-related questions.
• Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
• Build rapport with customers and maximise every enquiry.
• Complete all required paperwork and customer records accurately.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Ensure the Polestar Space is presented to the highest standard.

About You

You will have:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Confidence building relationships with customers.
• A genuine interest in premium brands and electric vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
