Vehicle Technician – Motor Trade (Doncaster)

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join the team at our Volvo dealership in Doncaster. You will be responsible for carrying out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and routine servicing across a range of vehicles.

Essentials (You Must Have):

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Flexible and team-orientated approach with a focus on positive customer service
• Experience carrying out complex repairs
• Full valid driving licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out advanced vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in line with required standards.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections, accurately identifying faults
• Communicate technical issues and repair requirements clearly to Service Advisors and customers where required.
• Ensure all work is compliant with company policies, manufacturer specifications, and industry regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Oversee servicing, repairs, and parts replacement, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and customer satisfaction is achieved.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Level 3 IMI qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication will be essential, particularly when liaising with Service Advisors and customers to explain work required
• Ability to support and mentor other technicians.
