At Riverside Motors (Hull) Ltd, we are now seeking an enthusiastic individual for the role of Service Driver / Valetor to support our experienced teams to deliver the highest quality service to our customers.
At SEAT / CUPRA Hull, you will be a member of a highly productive and successful team, ensuring customer and Company vehicles are cleaned and efficiently prepared to the highest standards, ready for delivery. You will ensure that every vehicle is presented in immaculate condition and that any flaws or faults are located before being handed over to the customer.

The Role – What you’ll be doing
Every day, you will interact with a variety of cars…
- Ensuring the highest standard of care and presentation of all vehicles displayed, sold and surveyed, you will valet customer and Company vehicles in line with the relevant standards, while ensuring the highest level of customer experience.
- Additionally, you will carry out initial inspection of vehicles delivered to site in line with Brand and Company standards, reporting any defects to appropriate management.
- Guarantee customer transport options are fulfilled in a polite and effective manner, including the collection and delivery of vehicles to and from the site.
Qualifications:
- A customer centric approach, constantly striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Preferably, you will have past experience of vehicle valeting or detailing.
- Excellent attention to detail
- A flexible and dynamic approach with the capacity to adjust to shifting priorities.
- Trustworthy, reliable and outgoing, you will be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A driving licence free from excessive penalties
