Service Advisor – Polestar & Renault - Leeds

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Leeds team, working with premium brands including Polestar and Renault. This customer-focused role requires you to provide clear guidance and excellent service, helping customers make informed decisions and build lasting relationships.

Essentials (You Must Have)

  • Minimum 1 year experience in automotive service or customer-facing motor trade role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Sales mindset with ability to promote service plans and value-added products
  • Organised and proactive with attention to detail
  • Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main customer contact throughout the service process
  • Provide clear explanations of work required and manufacturer recommendations
  • Discuss vehicle health check findings and support informed customer decisions
  • Promote service plans and aftersales solutions to enhance customer loyalty
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
  • Manage courtesy cars, bookings and customer communications
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and brand standards
  • Achieve individual and team targets across service and sales metrics
  • Build lasting customer relationships through professional service

About You

  • Experience in automotive service or customer-facing motor trade role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sales awareness with ability to identify customer opportunities

  • Full UK driving licence
