Overview
As an Automotive Sales Administrator, you will support the Retail Sales team by ensuring all vehicle sales administration is completed accurately and efficiently. You’ll help deliver a smooth, professional customer journey from enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales invoices, order forms, finance documents, and registration paperwork
  • Handle customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal systems
  • Keep customers updated on order progress and delivery timelines
  • Support sales reporting and general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate vehicle preparation and handover documentation

  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
