Essentials (You Must Have)

As a Fleet Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Sales team by delivering timely, accurate quotations and ensuring a smooth aftersales experience. You’ll help provide customers with a seamless, professional journey from initial order through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, order forms, and all required documentation
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries, offering friendly, efficient, and professional assistance
  • Assist with reporting, sales tracking, and general office administration tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM and other internal systems
  • Keep customers informed regarding order status, progress updates, and estimated delivery dates
  • Raise workshop and valet preparation instructions as required

About You:

  • Confident using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while working to deadlines
  • Highly organised, proactive, and team-focused with a positive approach
