The Role – What you’ll be doing
The Parts Advisor plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of the parts department within the dealership. You’ll be assisting customers, technicians, and service advisors in identifying and procuring the right automotive parts. Also, you’ll ensure the availability of parts, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service.
