Overview

As a Part-Time (20 hours a week) Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the relationship between the dealership, customers, and manufacturers. Based at our SEAT/Cupra dealership in Hull, you will ensure all warranty administration is completed accurately and in line with manufacturer standards.

Essentials (You Must Have)

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within the motor industry
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within manufacturer guidelines and deadlines
  • Experience using dealer management systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and process warranty claims to manufacturer standards
  • Submit all invoiced warranty jobs accurately and on time
  • Manage and resolve rejected warranty claims
  • Support the Accounts team with warranty payment reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems
  • Liaise with service teams, sites, and manufacturers regarding warranty queries

About You

  • Confident using dealer management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience within warranty, service, or automotive administration is desirable
  • Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proactive, team-focused, and detail-oriented
