Part Time Warranty Administrator

As Riverside Motor Group continues to grow, so do our opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join the team at our SEAT / Cupra site in Hull on a part time basis. Working three days / 24 hours a week, you will be oversee the administration of all agreed warranty claims, ensuring that the required documentation and parts are returned in accordance with vehicle warranty procedures.

In this role, you will contribute in ensuring every customer receives the highest quality care and service, from the moment they walk into the showroom right through to when they pick up their new car!

Key responsibilities:

o Managing all agreed-upon warranty claims and related paperwork

o Aiming to maximise the profitability of all warranty submissions by reviewing job cards completed by colleagues and requesting revisions when necessary

o Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly warranty reports, and conveying any inconsistencies to management and the Brand, as needed

o Maintaining thorough records of consumer contributions to goodwill claims, warranty submissions, credits and rejections

o Staying current with documents and procedures related to warranties


o A systematic, rational, and deliberate approach coupled with outstanding attention to detail is crucial

o Experience in a warranty administration role is preferred

o A customer-centric strategy that consistently aims to provide service that exceeds customer expectations

o Experience using databases with a good understanding of Microsoft Office systems

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o Capacity to operate under time constraints and tight deadlines
