As a New Car Sales Executive, you will play a key a role in supporting and delivering new car sales performance in line with BYD brand standards. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position, requiring a strong showroom presence and the ability to naturally engage with customers throughout the entire sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert manufacturer-led digital enquiries from first contact to vehicle handover.
  • Handle new vehicle marketplace enquiries and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Develop and enhance the online new car presence across digital platforms.
  • Grow the BYD brand on social media through engaging content and lead generation.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and new model launches.
