Sales Executive
at our Honda dealership in Huddersfield.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with customers, identifying their needs, achieving monthly sales targets, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience that reflects both Honda’s values and Riverside’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
- Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, delivering positive Finance, Insurance & Protection (FP&I) revenue.
- Manage and nurture all enquiry leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and maximise renewal and retention opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
- Guide customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to handover, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely records using CRM systems.
- Sell with integrity at all times, ensuring full compliance with FCA guidelines and internal processes.
- Represent Honda and Riverside Motor Group with professionalism, passion and pride.
About You

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
