Fleet Sales Administrator

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Fleet Sales Administrator to join our busy corporate sales team. This is a key role within our fleet operations, ensuring our customers receive a seamless and professional experience from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, order forms, and documentation
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries, delivering friendly and efficient service
  • Assist with reporting, sales tracking, and general office administration
  • Proactively support sales initiatives to help the team achieve targets
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal systems
  • Keep customers updated on order progress and expected arrival dates
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure vehicles meet customer requirement
  • Raise workshop and valet preparation instructions

About You

  • Previous administration experience (automotive or fleet experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • A proactive, team-focused approach
