We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Fleet Office Manager to lead our fleet administration team and support the continued growth of our fleet operations. This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the effective day‑to‑day running of our fleet office, maintaining exceptional service standards, and supporting new strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operational Oversight

  • Manage team workloads to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.
  • Oversee team rotas, holiday planning, and resource allocation.
  • Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members.

Fleet Operations & Partnerships

  • Work closely with the Fleet Operations Manager to successfully embed new manufacturer partners.
  • Monitor profitability and manage operational costs to ensure strong commercial performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics partners to ensure best practice and service quality are consistently met.

Customer & Financial Management

  • Act as a point of escalation for customer concerns, ensuring issues are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Manage debt control processes to maintain healthy financial performance.
  • Serve as the scheme co‑ordinator for our internal employee car scheme, ensuring smooth communication and administration.
