Due to expansion in our Fleet Department, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator for our dealership in Doncaster.

Over the last 20 years, our Business & Fleet Department has grown to become one of the largest in the UK and we are recognised as experts in the field of corporate sales.

Duties will include:

  • Raising vehicle and customer orders onto Pinnacle DMS system.
  • Taxing and invoicing of vehicles and forwarding to relevant Leasing Companies.
  • Control of fleet debtors and supports.
  • Any other duties required to assist in the smooth running of our Fleet vehicle admin department.

The ideal Fleet Administrator:

  • Experienced with MS Excel.
  • Good numeracy / literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well organised, driven and determined.
  • Previous experience with Pinnacle DMS system would be a strong advantage.

Administration experience is required although Motor Trade experience is not essential as training will be given.
It would also be advantageous if the applicant had knowledge of working within accounts as cover is expected during busy periods.
