Job Introduction

Due to continued growth, Riverside Motor Group is looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator to join our industry-leading, award-winning Business & Fleet Department in Doncaster.

Established in 1982, Riverside Motor Group is an independently owned business that prides itself on outstanding customer service. We’ve worked hard to create a warm, courteous, and professional environment, providing an exceptional car buying and ownership experience. Our fleet department is a fundamental part of our business and one we are hugely proud of — making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a highly respected team.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a core role in the success of our fleet operations, supporting a busy corporate sales team and ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new vehicle orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Registering, taxing, and invoicing vehicles in preparation for delivery.
  • Raising workshop and valet preparation instructions.
  • Keeping customers updated on order progress and expected arrival dates.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure vehicles meet customer requirements.
  • Assisting with customer specification and lead time queries.
  • Contacting customers to arrange deliveries.
  • Checking and reconciling manufacturer support payments on new registrations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and administration throughout.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment:

  • Previous experience in vehicle sales administration or fleet administration would be advantageous, but not essential — training will be provided.
  • Proven background in a busy administrative role with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Computer literate, with solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise workload, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and determination to succeed are just as important as industry knowledge.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of an award-winning, industry-leading fleet team.
  • Work in a supportive environment with training and career progression opportunities.
  • Join an independently owned business with a strong reputation and customer-first approach.
  • Play a vital role in delivering a high-level customer experience to our corporate partners.
