Riverside has been and continues to go through a period of controlled growth, so we are now looking for a Customer Experience Specialist for our Volvo dealership in Leeds. This role is Monday to Friday with weekend availability necessary.

The Role – What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Riverside, Leeds, your role is to engage with and listen to customers to understand and evaluate their needs, providing tailored product recommendations using software programmes for product demonstrations. Your excellent market knowledge, customer service and communication skills will allow you to successfully upsell and cross-sell products while you manage customer inquiries and arrange follow-up appointments with your outstanding organisational skills. You will do this by regularly researching and analysing the market, and assisting the sales team in developing comprehensive sales strategies, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
